Rule 55
The Land-utility System To Be Implemented
(1) The Council may, taking the consent of the concerned committee, cultivate any crops or farm fruits or make plantation of any plant or fodder trees or may operate or cause to operate any other activities by adopting land-utility
system according to the Work Plan in the area prescribed for the implementation of the land utility system in the Management Work Plan.
(2) The Council may provide technical and other assistance to the person who has supposed to operate the activities by adopting the landutility system as pursuant to Sub-rule (1).
